Hain Daniels is a food production business. They prepare a package fresh foods including fruit for some of the UK’s best known supermarkets such as M&S, Tesco and Aldi as well a producing household products such as Hartleys, SunPat and Covent Garden Soup.
Hain Daniels employees in excess of 3500 people from 65 different nationalities. We have delivered numerous engagement projects for them using digital tablets and translation technology to gather over 700,000 pieces of data that we use to populate insight reports that are used to drive engagement across the group.

Lok'n Store Storage
A programme to develop managers into trainers to improve the overall skills in the business
Lok’n Store have grown significantly over the last 10 years. With such rapid expansion it can be difficult to keep up with the volume of development that is required for a constantly growing team.
We created a complete programme of development that high performing managers were invited to attend that gave them the skills to grown and develop people through coaching and training activities.
All managers that attended went through a signing off process to ensure complete consistency.

The North East England Chamber of Commerce (NEECC) are at the heart of the local business community, we have enjoyed and benefited from being a member since we started in business.
We have regularly worked closely with them on numerous projects. We have met the specific needs of over a dozen members individual training needs (ITPS above came to us via NEECC) and we have also delivered a number of sales training workshops to the membership team.

Sally are a high street trade retailer who supply products to the hair and beauty industry from their 300 or so UK stores.
Sally is a great company, forward thinking with lots of opportunity for those who join the business to grow. They have typically faced a challenge attracting and recruiting the right people.
We developed a complete end to end strategy working closely with store managers. We built a full training programme including all the promotional materials that we rolled out to 30 members of the team who then delivered to every store in the UK.
Design, build and deliver a comprehensive training induction programme from scratch
ALD are a lease vehicle financing organisation owned by Societe Generale managing around 1.5 million vehicles through both white label leasing for some of the world’s biggest car manufacturers many other bespoke leasing solutions.
ALD wanted to create a 100 strong sales team in their office in Bristol and wanted to take the very best skills from the team in Northampton. Over 10 months we learnt to be masters in each of the roles; we created a 15 day induction programme to fast track development and then delivered the programme over 8 cohorts to the new recruits.
Apprenticeship soft skills development and delivery for all aspects of the local authority new starters
Local authorities around the country are large employers and Durham Council is no exception. Each year they take on a number of apprentices in a variety of roles and offer them a wealth of personal development.
We were tasked with delivering soft skills workshops as needed which included call handling skills and customer service training.
Leadership development and the provision of a suite of tools to help drive business performance
Independent Inspections work for insurance companies to assess, restore and replace damaged flooring and furniture.
There is an office based team in Preston, Lancashire and a field based team split into 3 regions across the entire country made up of assessors and master crafts people.
We worked with the senior team to develop a perfromance management toolkit including a complete online tracking tool and then provided all the necessary development to implement and manage it moving forward.
