What are engagement surveys
Engagement surveys enable you to capture any aspect of insight from each member of your team. This could include employee engagement, skills diagnostics, workplace feedback, 360 management feedback or any other target areas for valuable intelligence on your organisation.
- Engagement and pulse surveys
- Skills insight and diagnostics
- Multi language support available
Benefits for your business
Your people hold the key to many aspects of your business. By asking people how they feel, what they need and how an organisation can improve brings a level of insight that is hard to find anywhere else.
When an organisation demonstrates a genuine interest in its people, the people respond by being more engaged, more motivated and more productive providing that action is taken on the back of the feedback.
This does not mean that every change needs to be implemented. Instead it provides clarity on the severity of areas of focus allowing the leaders to make quality, informed decisions.
Insight
Provides critical insight into every aspect of how your people think and feel
Enagagement
Understand levels of engagement in all positions increasing loyalty
Morale
Know how people feel in the moment to drive motivation and role satisfaction
Focus
Produce targeted reports that cut straight to the focus areas to take action swiftly

What makes our's different
We have spent a lot of time understanding what people want versus what people actually need. Often engagement surveys provide complex, detailed flexible reporting mechanisms that allow individuals to drill into the data.
We have found that this is rarely beneficial to the person, the people or the business. We adopt an approach that removes the complexity and cuts straight to the points of focus.
We produce pre-agreed, simple to read reports that create tangible calls to action. If required we can drill into the detail and produce bespoke reports typically within 48 hours.
- Designed to focus time on root causes and what's needed
- Simple, to the point reporting that focuses on action
- A completely tailored approach without the high associated costs
Our in-house i20 framework
We have built our own framework that specifically supports engagement surveys. The principles lie around twenty core category areas that can be used in a ‘mix and match’ way to get to heart of what you are trying to achieve.
The twenty are split into 4 core sections; Self, Leader, Business and Others.
Within each section there are 5 key topic areas. Depending on the project ficus depends on which one or ones we choose from.
For a full engagement survey it is likely that all twenty would be used whereas for example a pulse survey mid global pandemic would include Morale and Wellness from Self, Leadership Behaviour from Leader and Communication from Business as a minimum.
Self

- Goals and Aspiration
- Skills and Development
- Reward and Recognition
